Since qualifying as an engineer, Norbert Mallien has been in key positions in information technology for over 25 years. His main skill areas include the processes of software development and architecture, as well as the construction and operation of professional software production in the context of individual and/or standard products.
He advises companies in building robust IT systems and provides support, both personally and with his team, for process and intervention management. He has been with the company for more than 15 years and is responsible for the creation of TQG's main products. .
Karsten Hagemeister is responsible for the sales focus, business development and overall competitiveness of TQG. He has focused on providing innovative solutions and services for state-licensed lottery companies for nearly 20 years.
During this time he has acquired an extensive understanding of the market, through many well-known suppliers in the industry. Placed in management roles, Karsten continues to bring this knowledge to numerous customer projects.
